Doesn't help me either. I have been having this problem and more since December. I am with a Senior Advisor in support and months have gone by with no resolution other than promises to call which don't happen. I am told the engineers have the information but they don't know when the problem can be addressed, "maybe in an update". Apple Support has been totally useless in trying to get this addressed. I think they must have an internal manual that says something like "when you can't solve the problem string the customer along and they will finally go away". Well I am here to say I won't just go away. I have been a loyal Apple customer for years and currently have two iPads, two iPhones, two series 5 watches and MacBook Air.

It is clear that if your problem is not a "run of the mill" one that their manuals tell them how to fix they can't/won't fix the problem. I am so beyond frustrated that I am about ready to sell all my apple stuff. I certainly intend to post negative reviews on Apple support anytime I can.

This information doesn't help. I am also having the same problems, and it is quite nerve wrecking, it worked fine at first, but then one day I tried answering a call on the watch, it answered it but the person calling couldn't hear me, I tried calling them back on the watch and "call failed" popped up in the screen.

Well I managed to solve it, i checked for an update. I updated it, as well as my iphone and then it was working fine. I suggest resseting you watches setting, a factory reset, that might help :)
