audio basso durante chiamata

Buongiorno a tutti, ho acquistato lo scorso giugno un iphone XR. E' il mio primo prodotto apple e mi trovo molto bene.

L'unico problema è che quando faccio o rispondo ad una chiamata, il volume del cell anche se impostato al massimo è molto basso. Sono andato in un Apple Store e mi hanno detto che devo pulire il ricevitore. Faccio questa operazione, ma il problema mi si ripresenta circa ogni 2 settimane. Secondo voi è normale? Sapete come posso risolvere? Vi ringrazio Saluti.

Thanks! We appreciate the additional information. Since the issue seems to only happen on calls and when you place your phone next to your ear, test by turning Attention Aware features off as shown here: About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro. Does that seem to help?

good morning,
I bought my first iphone in June. The model is iphone xr.
During a phone call, the volume of the phone is very low.
At the apple store they told me to clean the receiver.
It works, but the problem recurs every 2 weeks. At the store they say it's normal ...

Do you know how to solve my problem?

Yes it's correct. I tried all the steps listed in the link.
If I use the speakerphone the volume is ok.

It only happens with calls or whatsapp audio, when I put the phone to my ear.

Thanks for the reply! I'm happy to see if I can offer some help with the volume issue you're experiencing on your iPhone. Knowing that you've worked with Apple already is helpful.

It sounds like this happens intermittently, and cleaning the receiver seems to help. Is that correct? Have you tried all of the steps in this link yet? If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Also, knowing whether only on-call volume is affected would be helpful. Does the issue only occur on calls?
