MBP keeps crashing on wake from sleep

2015 MBP running 10.10.5

Recently and increasingly often my MBP doesn't wake properly from sleep overnight (seems OK for shorter periods during the day). From the log (see below) it seems to be waking in the middle of the night by the sleep timer and doing something then sleeping again. But when I open the lid in the morning I get a partial startup but no mouse pointer, or I get the grey screen for starting from RAM, and if I wait a few minutes of nothing apparently happening the machine reboots and I can carry on and login and work normally.

I have switched from hibernate to sleep as I thought that could be the problem. I have turned off all settings in energy saver that could be allowing wake (network, etc) when the shell is closed. I have reset sdram and pram. All to no avail.

So two questions:

1/ what is causing the crash? Is it a problem with the mouse/keyboard not connecting (and if so what could be the solution?)

2/ how can I stop the device waking in the night with the sleep timer 4 hours later? In the power adapter settings I have 1 hour display sleep and 20 minutes on battery setting. What is setting the sleep timer to 4 hours?

The drive could be a possibility. I had an Apple 1TB SSD failure last summer and the SSD was replaced by an Apple Reseller with a Transcend 960GB Jetdrive 820. But this worked fine initially and it is only in the last 2-3 months that the sleep wake problem has surfaced.

Also the above post refers to an ac power setting where I already have standby enabled = 0. On the AC setting I am getting a crash on sleep wake more often than on battery, where the setting is standby enabled = 1.

Here's the pmset settings:

Pending any new ideas, I am going to live with the problem for the moment, disconnecting from ac at night.

Thanks nevertheless for the suggestions.

So I think the problem is being caused when the machine goes into standby mode.

I have now hibernatemode = 3 and I am disconnecting the ac overnight when I close the lid.

Mostly the restart in the morning is OK but sometimes not and the system autoreboots about 5 minutes later after the recovery from SSD fails.

On battery I have Standbydelay = 3 hours and Standby Enabled = 1 and sure enough the machine wakes up after 3 hours.

I attach the log where it should be going into standby mode.

And here's a previous log section where after going into standby mode the crash didn't occur

As far as I can see the preflight hibernate_page_list_setall did not occur in the first case, so maybe that means the storage to disk failed, causing the crash when the lid is later opened.

I wonder why?
