Green Screen with pink highlights - Fix. on AppleTV app in macOS Catalina (MacMini w HDMI)

Green Screen on AppleTV app on macmini in full screen after timeline disappears is related to display profile in System Preferences. I switched mine to Display P3 or Generic RGB Profile and now doesn't do the horrible Green washout!

Lime green section of screen during start up. I have started to get a rectangular lime green section of my screen during start up. It is full height and approx one fifth of the screen width and looks like a display interference problem. No apparent problems however once the start up is complete (it disappears). I have a 2019 Macbook Pro running MacOS Big Sur v11.5. Should I do anything?

Menu bar color in full screen mode always black despite light appearance Why is in macOS Monterey 12.6 in full screen mode the menu bar color always black despite light appearance? How do I change it to white or any other color to improve readability? Accessibility.Display.ReduceTransparency does not make any notable difference. In the screenshot below Airdrop and Pomodoro icons are hardly visible:
