Apple Watch- Measurement Suspended

I have had the series 5 apple watch for 2 weeks and at least once a day, the decibel calculations cease and goes to a mute icon. In addition, i have seen the message Measurement Suspended, in searching for resolutions, i have reset the environment calculations and had to reboot the phone. I should not have to reboot this watch every day and this is the only way this mute icon disappears.

Watch is on Current IOS.

any suggestions???

Hello hcorbin13,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble with the Noise app on your Apple Watch. I'd be happy to share information that may help.

First, take a look at the information in this article: Use the Noise app on your Apple Watch.

You may also want to check out the details here: Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch.

Next, delete and reinstall the Noise app: Install apps on your Apple Watch.

Finally, Unpair and erase your Apple Watch.

Take care.
