iPhone x boot loop won't connect to any mac or computer

have a iPhone x and just randomly decided to go into boot loop. i can get it to restore screen but no computer is able to see the phone so i can do the update or restore it. apple support was of very little help. tried different cables tried different computers checked and rechecked all settings for computer preferences. Not sure where to go from here. took the sim card out to see if that helps but still nothing. as of not the battery keeps dying when phone is plugged in, apple logo will appear then go back o just a dead battery on screen. any suggestions to get phone to turn on and work ? all apple stores are closed and "approved" apple retailers (best buy) was of NO help and wanted me to buy a brand new phone.
