iPhone messed up

Hi my iphone is acting up

loosing touch and screen moving on it’s own

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Try➔ Force ReStarting your iPhone and see if that solves it. If this does not work then-
Your iPhone 11 Pro is less than a Year old. It is still covered under Apple's 1 Year Limited Warranty (US). Take it to an Apple Store or an Authorized Repair Center and get it examined and fixed.
