I have tried to set up CarPlay on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra Gt . Went through all steps for connecting did not work. I have seen something on this site about tapping "Restrictions" on/off but I cannot find that in my Settings on my XR phone. Where is it found at, from what I've read that may be why I can't get it to connect.

To first answer your question, restrictions are found under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.
