Macbook Pro 2018 Orange Dots on Screen and Vertical Orange Line

Today for the first time, I had orange dots appear on the screen of my macbook pro 2018. There is an orange line appearing on the right side of the screen going vertical and spreading to other sides of the display. When you run external display, there are no display issues. I believe this is a hardware problem.

I called Apple Support today, they did the standard reset ram, restart crap that didn't work. There are no apple store support services open in Chicago, IL. The problem has been reported by thousands of user via this website: https://gregsamborski.com/macbook-pro-led-screen-discoloration-spots-15-2017-touch-bar/

I'm not alone. I'm a long term apple user and products.

How do we get Apple Hardware Support during a pandemic? Apple please send options to me.

Check out my photo below, this literally just appeared 2 days ago. I also noticed that when I leave my MacBook on its side for an hour or so I end up with a bright orange line along the right-hand side of my screen (see second image)! Luckily after a while of laying the MacBook back level again this line has disappeared... I have the MacBook Pro 2018 15inch with Touch Bar model...
