i have an iphone 6s plus 64GB and want to see about buying a new iphone 11 pro. i would like to use the trade in program and would like to know the amount apple will credit me to apply to new purchase of 11 pro. what iPhones are eligible? what is the criteria used to determine trade in value? also, can i go into an apple store and have a specialist inspect and approve the trade in and amount?
