I have installed Vimeo on my Apple TV . When I try to start Vimeo it switches off.

I have Apple TV A1842 (32GB) Serial DY*****1WF. tvOS is 13.3.1. I have downloaded the Vimeo App. The App store tells me it works on this Apple TV.

When I try to start Vimeo it instantly switches off. Hence Vimeo is unusable.

Is there a fix?

If the problem only occurs with Vimeo, then please contact their developers for support on their product.
