I sent back a broken iPhone 10 for cash back a few weeks ago and still have no response. Did I miss a step? How can I contact Apple about this phone? I need that cash back ASAP. Help!!!

Nope. Not for a broken phone. You can trade in a used phone in good condition. A broken phone has no value.

Three years ago Apple did start accepting and paying for some models of iPhone that had limited damage. An iPhone X would probably qualify but it would be a pretty low amount.
