No option to turn off screen time on tablet

I need to turn off screen time to log out of my child’s Apple account on the tablet we got but there is no “turn off screen time” button at all. Pic on left is the one I need to sign out of, right is the other tablet that does have that button. What is going on and how do I fix it?!!

Screen time long-time android user—finally broke down & bought iPhone so I could manage my daughter’s (excessive) screen time use. Turns out every time I’ve set screen time she’s just been going in & clicking “turn off screen time” & it’s let her do that without putting in any passcode or anything!!?! I assume I’ve got to be missing something because that makes screen time totally worthless — which it has been on my daughter’s phone all this time. Ugh, help please??

Screen time - my kids can ignore and continue watching as they like Hi, My kids can for some reason choose to ignore screen time. I'm using both screen time period of the day when they can use certain apps and also the time limit limitation. They are running latest version of iOS and iPadOS. Ideally I'd like to stop certain apps completely, like YouTube and TikTok, but this can't be done today and I don't understand why Apple haven't given parents this possibility. Feature request perhaps but I think other OS providers can do this today.

You set it up and control Screen Time on your device. You can turn it off, or make changes to it, on your device.
