I have paired my AirPods Pro with my new Samsung smart TV, and it shows they’re connected, but I get no sound. I have previously paired other Bluetooth headphones with this TV and got sound just fine. My AirPods also work fine with my iPhone. How do I fix this?
Anyone got a fix for this? I USED to be able to connect, no problem but now it doesn’t work. It works with my Partner’s identical air pods pro. It connects. It makes the noise to say it has connected. Just no sound.
FIX: What was said about pairing close to the TV worked perfectly for me. No sound if I was 3 feet from the TV, but if I disconnected the headphones in Settings and held it next to the TV (I did it under the TV, because I figured the connector is on the backside of the TV and would be blocked by the screen portion of the TV. It worked perfectly at that point from quite a distance away.
Just bought my AirPods Pro. Don’t work with Samsung smart tv. They connect but sound very low. Tried to put sound up on tv but still no joy. Has anybody got a solution. A shame as they are not cheap and supposed to be the best.
This doesn’t help. I’ve paired and connected just fine. There’s just no audio. My husband’s AirPods get sound perfectly. My AirPods Pro don’t get sound.
I have the same issue. Airpods pro paired with Samsung smart tv 7 series but no sound....any ideas? Samsung firmware or Airpods firmware issue?

the trick is you have to get very close to the TV when connecting the AirPods!
Then you can get back and enjoy.
I found when I got really close to the tv to pair and connect, it works and I got sound. But the sound is pretty low. Not loud enough for me

I have the same problem. Using AirPods, Samsung Smart TV. Pairs fine but the sound is very low and not clear. I have tried multiple times. The article shown in this thread is not helpful.
After update which was great i was able to logjn on the tv first day and then the next day it stopped working
I was having this issue and I found that if I turned Bluetooth off on my phone the airpods worked with the TV. Hope this helps.
Same get sound but VERY low
Having this exact same issue and could not find any resolve for this and no one else mentioned this problem. Any fix?
