iPhone SE Endless White Screen Cycle

Recently my iPhone SE (which has been running on iOS 11.x) began displaying "No SIM" in the top left corner. I tried a few troubleshooting items yet none worked. I decided that updating the software to 13.x could eliminate my problem, so I began that process.

My phone is now in an endless cycle between the white screen with the apple logo and a totally black screen. I plugged my phone into my computer and loaded up the software upgrade in my iTunes, then ran that on my phone, yet the same white screen is present. I've performed every button sequence that I've read from Apple's website and different forums, all with the same result. I've allowed my phone to die and recharged it, yet the same issue arises.

The weird part is that in the span of the last two days in which this issue has been happening, my phone has gotten to the passcode screen twice, I just can't press anything. Shortly after, the screen reverts back to the white with the apple logo.

What I am thinking about is during that initial software upgrade attempt, my phone died partially through-- I'd imagine that could have affected the process.

A factory reset is my last resort, but I want to investigate all avenues prior to that option, especially since my phone isn't backed up to anything. Thanks for the help!
