My IPhone 7 Isn’t working! Please help me imma be in so much trouble 😭..

Basically, at 9:12 PM, my phone was working really well! I was writing my notes in my notepad and listening to Spotify at the time. I set it beside me for a while and went on my iPad after I was finished. I played a game on my iPad for a few minutes then went back to my phone at approximately 9:40. I try turning the dang thing on, its showing a white screen, but my lock screen or anything weren’t showing!! So then I did what anyone would do in this situation. Force restart the iPhone. As I turned it back on, ITS STILL SHOWING A WHITE SCREEN. EVEN ON THE RESTART APPLE LOGO SCREEN!!! The apple logo isnt showing at all either and the screen is completely white. Then vertical lines popped up to the side of my screen. And then it filled the whole screen then disappeared. The white screen showed again. I asked YouTube and the internet for some help but nothing is really helping. They’re only telling me to force restart and repair IN a store. Then my friend told me they were downloading the iOS 16 update. So I remembered I think I had AUTO UPDATE ON. AND MY PHONE CANT TAKE IOS 16. (As you can tell, its an old model 7) . Someone please help me. Or I’ll have to revert back to my old android😿😿💀 My friends are laughing at me😭 AND CALLED ME BROKE. I love Siri im sorry please turn my phone back on please I beg. 🙏
