Redownload Itume music
I had to change my Apple ID for security reasons. How do I redownload previously purchased music?

If you created an entirely new Apple ID, you can't, as all previous purchases are tied to the ID that made the purchase. If you did a name change on your existing ID, after signing out of/into iTunes, you should be able to access your previous purchases.
