SIM card in iPhone 11pro
I have an iPhone 11 Pro and I cannot make a phone call not text. Up in the corner where it usually shows bars of service, it says no Sim. I am assuming the SIM card is not working. Apple has run a diagnostic and said the problem seems to be with Verizon. With Covid 19 our Verizon store is closed and it is hard to get through by phone or chat. After 2 days I was finally able to order a new SIM card. Does my thought process make sense or does anyone have another solution?
