Apple Support Disappointing
Has anyone been getting the run-around about their iPhone? I have been having a continuing iPhone crashing black screen spinning wheel of death then back to the start. Have asked Apple numerous times about this at Genius Bar & on phone. Brought back to factory settings. Problem continues Then Apple has a “tech” call me every few days. Problem persists Finally March 13th tech sez oh it must be the phone. Come to Apple Store for an exchange. He made an appt. March 15th. I arrive at the store, all Apple Stores closed. WAS NOT NOTIFIED!!! Now Apple wants me to do a quick exchange by mail. Oh, but I have to pay replacement cost up front & will be refunded once “bad” phone is shipped back. Discuss
