I would suggest calling the store manager. And, be very polite. If you're unclear what it was you did that caused a problem, ask them if they can explain. Don't demand, don't beg, don't whine. Be respectful. Once they tell you what you did, apologize. It doesn't matter if you think it was okay. They didn't. You can say something like, "I'm sorry I did something that disrupted the store. I've learned from this and won't do it again." Ask them how long the ban lasts and if it applies to other stores.
I would imagine if you were banned from Apple Stores, you would have been notified in writing by Apple's legal department. You should contact whoever sent you the notification for more information. Ideally, you should have your attorney handle it.
You do realize that all Apple Stores except the ones in China are closed because of the Coronavirus, so we are all prevented or banned from entry into Apple stores for the time being.
If this was a mall security guard telling you that, I think he just meant the store is closed.
This is a user-to-user forum. No one here (with VERY limited exceptions) works for Apple. We have no idea what Apple's policies are in this matter.
The security guard just told me that I am I don’t know if he knows the policy or not
Do you mean you were personally banned, or that the stores are closed because of the novel coronavirus?

That didn't occur to me but you and Demo are probably correct.
