Back camera not working
I have erased my whole iPhone yet my back camera is still not working and I never dropped my phone

Same thing happened with me. First of all, I think the camera itself has been faulty; hence we replace it with a new one. However, the problem remains the same.
Then I think that it must be the motherboard that is faulty, so we test the voltage of the main camera connectors, and along with their diode readings. It turns out the voltage has been abnormal but all diode readings are OK. I conclude that the U3700 camera IC must has been faulty, so I replace it with a new one.
