And what problem exactly did you have? Did you have a full storage and your phone went into a boot loop?

Same problem on my iPhone X which I used for my business and customer conversation , all records are gone :((((

Same issue... what a joke... pay over a thousand for a phone. I think my old Motorola flip phone had a work around...

If the Phone stays in boot loop it will corrupt the data. My guess is that every time phone reboots during the boot loop mode it overwrites the data making it hard to recover.

There might be a way

Because my computer is too full to even make the backup.

I feel like throwing my phone in the river, along with the AppleCare+ which was the biggest waste of money. Thanks for nothing Apple Advisors.

And it is a shame that Apple recommends the replies which include "no worries, just restore and say bye to your data".

Apple: many people on this thread myself included are at risk of losing years of data - precious photos and videos of our lives, children, and friends. Please PLEASE listen to us and create a fix or patch in iOS 14 to allow users or data recovery centers to fix this issue so we can retrieve our data. We beg you. You have the power to create a fix. We need your help.
