I bought my AirPods in Jan2020 , yet within Two weeks the audio keeps failing . I brought it to Apple yet the replacement unit show serial number 1? I was very puzzled yet I brought it in again STILL it was showing serial number 1 on ALL my I devices yet the same serial number 1 on OTHER devices as well NOW there is a buzzing sound coming from the right ear buds changed three times yet still Apple didn’t solve my problem now on the fourth time it became faulty I really can’t accept a replacement set like this I really want Apple to replace something out from the box for me
