microsoft print to pdf

So I am trying to save a project to be used in a remote printing place. I've read that I needed to have Microsoft print pdf in order to be able to do so. I have print to pdf but it doesn't provide the outline boarder that I need for my project. how can I get Microsoft print to pdf onto my MAC?

Can you post the URL for the printer’s website with the particular requirements?

Adobe PDF is a common format. It’s also most definitely not tied to Microsoft.

Pretty much every text-related tool on Mac can generare PDF output.

Depending on what your printer requires, you may need to include crop lines, marks, bleeds, and related baggage.

You might need to use the PDF/A or PDF/X variant.

Many tools can generate PDF documents. Most.

Some that can be better for print publishing include LibreOffice Writer, Scribus, and Affinity Designer (half-off right now).

But this really depends on your particular printer’s specific requirements.
