suport.apple.com/iphone/restore

I went to do the update on my iPhone 8 when I did it turned off and came back on with support.apple.com/iPhone/restore with the iTunes logo and the charge cord. I've went to the website and did the reset and it comes back to same thing. I've plugged it into my computer to update the ios and nothing comes up when I plug it in. please help

My iPhone 8 was acting weird so I powered it off and when I turned it back on the screen said to go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore. My iPhone 8 was acting weird so I powered it off and when I turned it back on the screen said to go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore. So I did that and it told me to update it through iTunes on my computer. that failed and told me it had to be restored, so I restored it and it went through all of the steps before restarting and ending up back at the original screen telling me to go to that URL.
