How do I remove a family member from my AppleID when I dont have my iPhone anymore? My daughter is still a member in the "Family" setting and cant purchase anything because I dont use an iPhone anymore

If your daughter is 13 years or older, have her sign out of Settings/Your Name, and then sign in with your Apple ID.

Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support

When done, sign out, and have her sign in.
