What version of Bluetooth does an iPad2 running iOS 9.3.5?

I’d like to know what version of BT my iPad2 (MC954LL/A) running iOS 9.3.5 has installed.

Where/how do I find it? I’ve looked in Settings/General/About and it shows a long string of numbers that make no sense to me. Thanks very much!

The second generation iPad has Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n) and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR compatible hardware.

Thank You! Did you find out it used BT 2.1 from the iPad itself, or an outside source?

I got stuck without internet access for a couple of days a while back. When something triggered me to wonder what BT version my old iPad was running.

Boredom and + No internet, I was curious about the BT on my iPad2 that worked flawlessly with my 2 $20-$30 BT keyboards and 5 or 6 brands of budget BT earbuds. They all cost between $26 to $39 and haven’t give me any trouble.

I got curious what was on the iPads side of the audio connection.

I looked everywhere in Settings, I could think to look, and could only find that strange number in Settings/General/About-Bt 18:xxxxx

I wondered if the version number was just hidden so well, I just could not find it?

Thanks!
