Video Display problems after 10.15.4 on Retina Macbook Pro

Since updating to 10.15.4 - I'm seeing weirdness in a couple of browsers.

Here's Opera Developer browser rendering of a page where the white background of some elements have inverted to black and the font rendering has gone to outline. I'm also seeing this in some Safari popups.

It's sort of the High Contrast Accessibility setting?

Anyone out there seeing the same? And know what the cause is?

and here's what the page should look like:

It doesn't seem to be Opera Developer app setting. I've deleted the app and related folders and reinstalled; and the same app version and OS on an iMac Pro doesn't have the issue.

Seems to be a driver OS issue on this MacBook Pro.

Seems to be a problem with the graphics driver in 10.15.4 on 2018 MacBook Pro 13" Retina

If use Hardware Acceleration is enabled, the problem occurs.

Was fine pre-10.15.4

Disabling HW acceleration is a workaround.
