How do I remove a phone number that is attached to the phone?
Because I just gave my little sister a new phone with a new number but when I iMessage her a different number comes up so she has two contacts her actual number only for SMS and the other number for iMessage and FaceTime. How do I make her actual number for both?

You should wipe the iPhone clean before you gave the iPhone to your sister.

Then create a new Apple ID for her if she doesn't have one and setup the iPhone.

I did clean it and restarted the phone and reset the whole phone and created her new Apple ID but i’m not sure if maybe its from the sim card?
Yes the phone number is on the SIM card.
Is she using your SIM card?
