Hi,
I have a 2018 iPad Pro and after upgrading iOS 13.4 I can no longer see videos not purchased on iTunes through the Apple TV app. Every time I get the message “there’s a problem loading this content”. I’m desperate.

I can't watch my videos either. Same exact error. This is so frustrating because I was ready to watch a movie and now I can't. I will sell off my iPad for an Android device if this isn't fixed.
I went back to the previous version of iOS. Please tell me if future update will fix the bug. Thank you.

Did Apple leave 13.4 still signed to revert back to?
Usually after a week, or so, Apple shuts down this opportunity to be able to do this.
I did it 4-5 days ago. Now it's not possible anymore but I had no intention of not seeing my videos.

I’m not relaxed because I’m in quarantine in Italy and before the iOS update I could see my videos. So isn’t an encoding problem. But yes, it is not everyone’s problem.
Since you didn't answer my question, I'll assume you don't want any assistance. I'll step out of this thread.
Since this isn't "Everybody's problem" that tells me that it is an encoding problem.
Same videos worked right before update to 13.4 now they're broken after update to 13.4. Clear cut bug. Not an encoding error. Whether or not Apple fixes it remains to be seen.
If it was an encoding problem I shouldn’t have seen my videos (mp4) even with previous versions of iOS, don’t you think?

Apple devices are very compatible with H.265. Otherwise 4k and HDR wouldn't work, for example.
What did you use to encode these videos, what program, what version and what profile?
In my email, I specifically mentioned that the content still plays fine in the TV app on my MacBookAir running Catalina. This is not an encoding issue.
