I have a 2018 iPad Pro and after upgrading iOS 13.4 I can no longer see videos not purchased on iTunes through the Apple TV app. Every time I get the message “there’s a problem loading this content”. I’m desperate.

You can set up a batch encoding pretty easy. I would just add another audio stream instead of replacing one.
It's smart enough to search for a compatible stream before it gives up.
FFMPEG would sail through that pretty quick.

All my purchased iTunes content plays fine btw. Just mp4 content I own that worked prior to 13.4 doesn’t.
I can't watch my videos either. Same exact error. This is so frustrating because I was ready to watch a movie and now I can't. I will sell off my iPad for an Android device if this isn't fixed.
I went back to the previous version of iOS. Please tell me if future update will fix the bug. Thank you.

Did Apple leave 13.4 still signed to revert back to?
Usually after a week, or so, Apple shuts down this opportunity to be able to do this.
I did it 4-5 days ago. Now it's not possible anymore but I had no intention of not seeing my videos.

I’m not relaxed because I’m in quarantine in Italy and before the iOS update I could see my videos. So isn’t an encoding problem. But yes, it is not everyone’s problem.
Since you didn't answer my question, I'll assume you don't want any assistance. I'll step out of this thread.
Since this isn't "Everybody's problem" that tells me that it is an encoding problem.
If it was an encoding problem I shouldn’t have seen my videos (mp4) even with previous versions of iOS, don’t you think?
I just know that they’re mp4
In my email, I specifically mentioned that the content still plays fine in the TV app on my MacBookAir running Catalina. This is not an encoding issue.
