Won't connect to external displays

My Macbook restarted overnight and now won't detect any external displays. I have tried every combination of restarting and plugging in. I tried resetting NPMRC. I open display settings and try detect displays... nothing. Nothing is working. I am running Catalina 10.15.4

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

Was this the delta update through the >System Preferences>software update

Try reinstalling the Combo update macOS 10.15.4 https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2037?locale=en_US

on top of your existing 10.15.4
