charge on my bank statement, no purchases made, no one to help at apple support
how do i resolve a charge on my bank statement? I don't use itunes, i don't have an iphone, ipad or mac.

Is this a real charge? Meaning is it reflected when you access your account or did you get an email? Phishing mails run rampant.
