I tried to sign out of iCloud on Mac mini 2018. But nothing happened... just displayed loading icon on Apple ID tab
The reproducible steps are:
System Preferences -> Apple ID -> Overview -> Sign Out...
I'm using 10.15.4
Mac mini 2018 or later
Have you tried restarting and trying again? If you boot into the Safe Mode, can you sign out?
Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN? If so, quit them, restart the computer, and try again.
Resolved the issue by myself. This is a sync of iCloud issue.

I’m not using any VPN Or anti virus program on the Mac. And I already tried in safe mode but still displaying loading icon only.
