Voicemail Full Message on iPhone XR

Callers receive a message that my voicemail is full, but I have deleted all of my voicemails and cleared out the contents of the deleted voicemails folder also. T-Mobile is my cellular service provider. I have also cleared out old email on my iphone as well.

Voicemail issue Hi all, Have a new IPHONE XR, decided it would be a good idea to delete my voicemails ive received over the last 2 months. You need to troubleshoot with t-mobile to clear those message, voicemail is their feature.
