Can’t download any apps

i have updated my payment method and now it’s telling me there is a billing problem with a previous purchase how do I fix this?

You need to fix your recurring billing problem. You can try contacting iTunes store support to resolve it—>iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support
