my child was using my card and was masas buying things in games ,si now i changed to card with low money and give it to her another one ,but when she try using didnt let buy nothing and the card have money on it

I did Everything of the métodos ,changed the adres ,changed to 5 cards different ,changed password ,buy things in other things so they are not debt in the appstore ,what do i need to them ? ,still Dont let me buy nothing .
