My podcast is distributed through Pinecast. How do I edit the icon for my podcast (currently blank) on Apple Podcasts?

When I view "My Podcasts" under Podcasts Connect with Apple, I don't see an option to change it. I need to add an icon to get more eyes on the podcast naturally. What can I do to add an icon, which apparently did not get distributed to this particular platform by Pinecast?

The Podcast Image which appears on the iTunes Store page and in Podcasts Connect is carried in the 'itunes:image' tag in the top section of the feed - i.e. before the first 'item' tag.

The image must conform to the specifications. It must be minimum 1400 x 1400 px, maximum 3000 x 3000 px (you need the latter if you hope for your podcast to be 'featured')' it must be JPG or PNG, RGB with no apha channel, and the file size must be less than 500kB.

I can't advise on exactly how you fill this tag in Pinecast: note that you add the image in your feed - you cannot edit your feed in any way in iTunes of Apple Podcasts, they simply read the feed.

Once added, it can take some days for the image to appear.
