Rotating my phone
It’s seems that my iPhone XR can not rotate. Even when the portrait orientation lock is off, I still can’t rotate on the side I want to rotate the phone on. Please help me fix this problem.

I am guessing this means you want to rotate the iPhone counterclockwise but it will only rotate this specific app clockwise, or vice versa.
Some apps have this property - they only rotate one way.
