can't download attachments from my yahoo mail on safari on MacBook Pro

I was able to fix the problem by going to Preferences > Privacy > and then disabling Prevent cross-site tracking (please see the screenshot below).

Here are my system specs:

• Mid 2010 MacBook Pro
• macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
• Safari 13.1
