I have late 2013 MBP w OS X Yosemite. Have HDMI cord connecting laptop to my tv. So far so good. I want to watch an internet show on my TV but have no idea how to do so.... any help appreciated. My cousin's play in Chicago was filmed before it had to close due to COVID19 - this weekend is only chance to watch it. Thanks! #StayHome

Do you mean where the HDMI cord is plugged in?
Do you mean some button or setting on the remote? (I use the Samsung remote to switch to Roku - only time I use it.)

if you connect the HDMI cable from the computer to HDMI 2 on your TV then on your remote you need to select input as HDMI 2. If you connect it to HDMI 1 then on your remote select the input as HDMI 1.
no dice. sadly - all the links do not apply to yosemite. I've got the cord connected correctly, have chosen the correct HDMI on the TV remote. "The source is not connected. Please check connection again."
Any other ideas kind person?
