My right AirPod Pro is not working

Hi. I’ve recently purchased the AirPods pro. I’ve had them for 3 days and suddenly I realised that my right ear phone wasn’t working. So I done the usual thing of looking up how to solve this. I’ve done the steps of forgetting the device etc. But then when I came to pairing with my device again it doesn’t work/doesn’t show up as a connecting device. My AirPod Case just flashes white and I don’t know what to do.
