Share name and photo not available

It appears that you have signed into iMessages with a different email address than your Apple ID. That is why you are getting that error message. If that is the case then can you sign out of iMessage and sign back into it using your Apple ID credentials?

Open Settings➔Messages➔Send & Receive and then tap on your Apple ID and Sign Out. After that is complete then tap again on the Apple ID section and sign back in with your Apple ID so that both iCloud and Messages are signed in with the same email address.
