I noticed after taking a picture that when I click on the thumbnail at the bottom of the screen it no longer shows me the photo I have just taken but instead shows a photo I took a few hours ago.
Force closing the camera app, restarting the phone and hard reset did not resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this after updating to iOS 13.4?

Mine is a different issue. I seem to see a green vertical line in on screen only when i open front camera for selfies. It’s visible throughout the screen and even on the clicked pictures. All the other times is just perfect no green vertical line at all. I update to 13.4 yesterday itself. Did someone else noticed??

same thing happened to me, but the vertical lines appear on my back camera, this is so frustrating.
i thought iOS update were supposed to make my phone better.
i would never encourage anyone to get an Apple Device, too much stress.
Well mine is also the same problem but lines appear when I open the back camera but now my back camera is not opening because of the 13.4 iOS I have just update it to 13.4.1 but it’s still have the same problem not opening the back camera
this got worst with 13.4.1 update. Now with front camera recording i can see flashes on screen in red green blue, all colors along with green vertical line. Performance of front canera is detoriating with each update. I have XR device. Is apple even seeing our concerns?
After updating to iOS 13.4.1 it’s been a nightmare! My apps don’t work, my video camera is usually gone (makes an appearance now and then), my talk to text is a mess, and more! Can’t get a hold of Apple to save my life except once in the night and worked with the guy for over an hour and when he gave me an instruction and said he’d wait... he didn’t! He was gone when I got done which was in less than a minute. It’s a mess!
I’m having same issue as well. After that iso update untied this day 23/06/2020, my Front camera not working for 3rd party apps. This issue happens for mostly 7 or 7+ users. I hope so you will fix this issue very soon.
I managed to fix the issue by deleting some photos on my camera roll. Now it works properly.
Even my flashlight is not opening
After the update I cannot delete pictures or when I take pictures I cannot see them in my album.
How did you resolve the problem?
Because after updating to ios 13.5 i have the same problem!

Thankfully the issue has resolved itself. I’m not sure why but all is well now.
This happens to me as well, after upgrading to 13.5.1 camera front & back + flashlight stopped working...
