Do you mean AppleCare 1 year limited warranty? you can't extend that warranty.

Do you mean AppleCarePlus protection plan? Contact Apple and ask them: Contact – Official Apple Support

If you mean something different, please better explain your needs.

If you're talking about AppleCarePLUS subscription, yes, you can contact Apple Support online.

If you're talking about standard Apple Care, you can not extend that period.
