Apple TV 3rd gen with YouTube app “An error occurred loading this content. Try again later.”

It seems like not, then what for good is this forum then ?

This issue is apparently worldwide not just for 1 country.

Where we can possibly get official help from Apple or at least some statement..

This is on going for couple of days apparently for many people...

I also checked Google forums - same situation, many affected users, no help at all :(

I have the same issues on both my gen3 apple tv that just won’t play all video content on youtube . It would be theft in my opinion, that i have to replace 2 apple tv devices for 4th gen. apple tv’s costing me at least €300 - 400€. than i would seriously considder to swap them for a google device ... which is a quality setback in my opinion

Called apple care support, the issue was on YouTube. I bought Apple TV to watch YouTube on non smart tv, apple is responsible for fixing the app. Apple sold the Apple TV showing something is available, now they claim those features are not support. Awful product service from such a company

I’m receiving this same error message with Apple TV 3rd generation A1469 but mine is on HBO NOW. I thought it might be HBO because there was a notice that after April they weren’t continuing support for HBO NOW on 3rd generation Apple TV’s. But, it’s not yet the end of April today AND the message now says they are extending support for another 2 weeks. It’s Apple and it’s on other apps than YouTube.

Is there a fix for the problem ? Itunes works fine on my computer and phone .

I have this problem and it started right after I updated to Apple TV Software 7.5.

I updated the apple tv 3 to the latest version and it still won't play music videos. Time to call my congresswoman about Apple and their forced obsolescence again...

In the middle of Covid-19, I'm sure that will be her top priority.

Also receiving an error code on YouTube videos previously watched on Apple TV. Able to watch on other devices. Has something changed in the last few days?
