iPad screen bubble

Hi all! I’m not sure if this is the correct way to describe it, but it seems my screen isn’t “laying flat” like the screen pushes in when I touch it with minimal amounts of pressure. I have a video if that helps? It’s almost like there’s “air” behind the screen, like a bubble maybe? I know it’s a weird way to describe it but I’m trying my best, lol. It’s a 3 month old 12.9” iPad Pro and I’m a little devastated because it’s my life. (College, side business, etc.) any ideas help! Thanks!

Hello,

You will need to call Apple immediately. You iPad’s battery is swelling. Turn off your iPad and unplug it from power.
