how do I get the ABC Mouse app to stop flipping from vertical to horizontal repeatedly? There isn’t anything I can click on. I have uninstalled and installed the app 3 times and I have done a master reset on my iPad and nothing is fixing it.
The view is flipping back and fourth quickly between vertical and horizontal. I wish it would just stay in landscape view but it is rotating. I have a video but apply won’t let me post it here. I have contact abc mouse so hopefully they get back soon. Just thought I’d give this a try. Thanks
I was going to ask about Rotation Lock as well. From the top right corner of your iPad screen, swipe down to bring up control center. If you see an icon with a lock in it and it is red, tap it to restore rotation.
If that's not the issue, do a forced restart by pressing and holding BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go. If you have an iPad without a home button, let me know and I'll provide the process for that.
I had the same exact issue. I went to their website via Safari on the iPad having issues, logged in, come to find out, I didn’t finish the registration. I had to select whether I wanted the assessment portion or not. I said no, it asked me if I was sure and lowered the price, I said no again and I was good to go. I closed Safari out and went to the app, no issue with the rotate.

It could be a flaw and you would have to contact the owners of ABC Mouse, possibly they have a support number.
It appears they designed this app to work in landscape mode on iPad, not portrait. Since the app is not an Apple product, you should contact the app developer this question.
You probably have, but is rotation lock on or off?
The rotation lock is not on. I’m not having this issue with any of my other apps just the abc mouse. I’ve done the forced restart 3 times 😔
Then the issue is with the app itself. And they need to fix their app.
