After I I've updated to the latest release of macOS, I've experienced a weird bug every time I leave my laptop closed (still on) for more than a couple hours and plugged in.
It reboots and states the message/log below.
Not sure what they changed but this did NOT happen before the update.

I recently bought a brand-new MBP 16' too and I experienced several crashes each day even though I had update it to the lastest version of MacOS. I am also very disappointed about Apple's software quality.

I did all steps after the latest update of MacOS.
Since then no more crashes.

Absolutely C R A Z Y this hasn't been resolved yet. So many brand new, out of the box products with this issue
Someone tried to install Big Sur Beta. There this problem is solved ???
How big is your MBP’s RAM? 64GB? 32GB?
Mine is 32MB but I’ve heard of friends of mine with standard config they have the same problem. I have since switch off power nap again and seems to help.

Version 10.15.6 still has the same behaviour. Sometimes it so bad that I can't login. Are there any more findings on this?

Tried 10.15.7 a couple days ago - still having the Panic (and Sleep Fail) issues....Sigh....
I always did suspect it's a hardware issue, mine specifically related to graphic card probably.
