Apps updating on iPad but not iPhone, despite same Apple ID?
Two of the apps on my iPhone are failing to update. I have these apps on both my iPhone and iPad, and when I update them the iPhone I get a message that says the app "cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID".
But I have the same Apple ID on both devices.
The phone is an iPhone 6 running 12.4.5 and it's an iPad Pro running 13.3.1. The iPhone has plenty of available storage.
Does anybody know why I can't update the apps on the phone?
