restore iphone7

today my iphone7 went to bootloop for a couple of hours..i try to restore iphone to its factoryu settings (was my last solution) but just before the end i got message from itunes that an unknown error ocurred 66..i change my cable, i id this using catalina but i got the same error even in dfu mode..

anybody help?

I cant get my iPhone XR to go after trying to update it hours ago. I cant get my iPhone XR to go after trying to update the OS software hours ago. I use a PC running Windows 10 and connect to iTunes to do the update. After it failed I tried to restore in the recovery mode but keep getting a message "An unknown error occured (OXE8000065). This has happened several times now. I have restarted the PC and iTunes several times and my router plus tried another cable. All software is up to date for the PC and iTunes. iPhone 11 Boot loop then unable to restore New iPhone 11. Green 64gb. Restarted then went into boot loop. Tried to restore in iTunes. Repeatedly received error code 4013. Tried different usb cord. No luck. Anyone else. Going to Apple store probably tomorrow.

I believe that is going to be a hardware error. You can click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
